COUNCIL BLUFFS, IA – October 11, 2006 -- Independent Organization Consultant Ellen Hankes has earned a Certificate of Study in Chronic Disorganization from the National Study Group on Chronic Disorganization (NSGCD). The Level I Foundation Certificate - Certificate of Study in Chronic Disorganization is the foundation certificate and it is required as the first study certificate to be completed.
