Professional Organizer Ellen Hankes Recognized as an Individual with Great Public Speaking and Leadership Skills
COUNCIL BLUFFS, IA – November 7, 2006 -- Independent Organization Consultant Ellen Hankes has earned Toastmaster's highest recognition of Distinguished Toastmaster.
To receive this honor, a member must have participated in Toastmasters communication and leadership programs and met other rigorous requirements. Members must conduct several seminar-style programs, serve as a leader at several different organizational levels, form or rebuild a Toastmasters club, and complete other challenging tasks. To reach an achievement of this magnitude involves years of study, dedication, self-dicipline, and active participation in the Toastmasters organization.
By achieving this recognition, Hankes has developed and sharpened effective communication and leadership skills, and applied these skills in professional and community activities to the benefit of others.
